Went here for my daughter's birthday lunch worst service I ever had in my life waitress was rude uncaring and could care less... about us at all not even one refill never checked on us once. We have been here before and loved it.However, it missed the mark last night. We had reservations and were seated at 5:30 on... time. Our server kind of forgot about us. She was nice to give us time to talk, but totally disappeared and I had to flag herdown. The meal took a long, long time. People around us were seated, ate and left while we were still waiting for our dinner. Wecould not find our server for more water or drinks. One meal had a vegetable substitution. So the meal was served one plate witha dollop of vegetable and another with 2 lonely pieces of chicken. Not the best presentation. Unfortunately we are in no hurryto return. Read more

We dined at Giovanni this evening for the first time this evening and I have to say it was fabulous. Our waitress Carmen was as... good as it gets. Warm, charming efficient and over accommodating. All of us loved our entrees. Veal parmigiana fresh andperfectly prepared. Chicken parm same. My wife said lasagna was delicious. Also had chicken French which was great. Lovely atmosphere, nice service, wine was good. Ordered 3 appetizers, only 2 for my date and one for me. Only 2 showed up. After... 30 minutes we asked the Waitress where was the rollatini was and she said she thought I said rolls. So she never put the orderin. Did not want to wait around for another 30 minutes, so we asked for the check. I think that’s a pretty big screwup, andShe should’ve adjusted the check and also sent the manager over. Stopped by for a late lunch. While we were contemplating the menu Anthony told us about the specials and we ended up ordering... two of them. My wife had the linguine with shrimp and scallops and I had the oso Bucco with risotto. My wife enjoyed her mealthoroughly and mine was fine. First off I'll say the service is very quick and the servers are delightful. The food was delicious and of high quality. There... are 2 things keeping me from giving this place 5 stars, they charge extra for bread and the Ceasar salads are very plain andbasic.
