I've taken out pizza from this location several times. Food is always hot and ready when promised. I recently tried the wings as... well which were hot and flavorful. I use the app to order and pay ahead for a quick and easy transaction. Read more

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza using their new text ordering. I had a pizza delivered from this store 3 weeks ago and had... ordered it by phone. My order was confirmed by text and delivery time was 1 hour - I waited 1 1/2 hours before I called tocomplain. After the person whowho answered the phone said the pizza was never made, the manager got on the phone and said todayI was out of the service area, the delivery person called me- which is a blantant lie because the first person told me the orderwas never created. When I said they did not call because it would show on my phone and I wanted a pizza delivered asap- he justhung up on me. At Jet?s the customer is always wrong and the manager is a horrible person. I eat at the Santa Barbara location a lot. This one is close to my house and I?ve been waiting months for this place to open and... today was the day. I ordered two Detroit style slices for lunch and took a large home for dinner. Their pizza is awesome andI highly recommended it. Prices are good too for the amount of food you get. I will be eating here a lot; my wife and I arepizza snobs and this place is legit. Love deep dish Detroit style! Read more
