Literally the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. If I could give it a zero stars I would. It is consistently filthy, rude... employees, and incredibly long wait times. Today I went there only because they had the Halloween bucket I wanted. They got myorder wrong literally three times and I waited about 15 minutes. When I told her that that was not what I ordered she handed itto me and said well that?s what he put in. I will absolutely never return here. The last time I was there, it looked as if thestore hadn?t been cleaned all day. Ever table was dirty. The manager and employees all sat at a table and were eating andchatting it up, while one person struggled behind the counter. It?s horrific. Read more
Consistently the worst McDonald's in the area. The wait times are outrageously long even if there aren't many cars in front of... you. And make sure you check your bag! They seem completely incapable of getting everything you ordered in the bag. I can'tremember a single time I had my order 100% right here. They need to make some serious changes at this location. There were 2 windows..one to pay, one to give food..I sat at the pay window but no one was there.. finally I moved forward only... to find out that they were taking payments and giving the food at the second window. I did suggest that they put a sign out soothers know that at certain times they need to move ahead. A simple hand written sign saying "next window" would have beenhelpful Read more
Last time I go to this one. The service was slower than a snail. I went inside thinking that would be faster. A 2 cheeseburger... meal took 19 minutes to come out. Once the order finally came out, the girl at the front didn't give me the drink and insteadstarted chatting with friends of hers in the lobby and ignored me while I stood there for another 3 minutes. Price gouging. Every other McDonald?s has their sodas for $1 (any size). This location sells their soda for $1.99. That is... double the cost. ???? Other than that this location usually does a great job. Their staff is friendly and usually gets theorder right. Read more
I order a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe probably a few bite in I look down at my sandwich an I see a long piece if blonde... hair.... Thanks McDonald's the best restaurant in the USA huh?? The workers are so lackadaisical firstly i order 2 4d meal i only got one with no fries when I said to the lady it was two... she said the order lady only told her 1 therefore im gonna have to wait another seven minutes more for the missing sandwich,they don't pay attention to orders i was given a fanta orange that was finished just by looking at the colour of the drink youcould see tht its finish .. when I told the lady her respond was that means it finish then like seriously with no remorse ihave to ask for another drink simply if you dont love your job dont do it ... customer service lacking in so many ways....
