Long line in the drive through after 8 pm. As we were waiting for our food, one of the employees was vaping straight out of the... window (from inside) blowing pretty much into our car windows. Instead of a large strawberry milkshake we were given anotherdrink. Then tried Sprite, which tasted like bad water. My husband had to go in and get a different drink himself as it wastaking too long for them to fill. He said no one there was in a hurry. Both meals were disgusting. Buns tasted old and wereburned to the point we couldn't eat them. Crispy chicken sandwich only had two pickles on it, nothing else, not even sauce, andwas more soggy than crispy. Do not use door dash. They haven?t gotten the orders right once yet. You pay with mobile app for curbside and they conveniently... lose your order. They were a decent McDonald?s until this past year. Read more
horrible spent 20 minutes in the drive through at 6:50 am most of that was waiting for someone to take the order over the... intercom. they over charged, the price on the menu and what i paid was well over what tax would have been. asked the lady aboutit and she stuck her tongue out, on top of that i got the entirely wrong order. They have promotions that are right on there windows and they DONT honor them. I dealt with Daisy, she claims to be a manager... and does not have any customer service skills. While I was trying to speak with her she was to busy speaking to her associate inspanish and didn't seem to care of what I was telling her. I go regularly due to the convenience of location therefore insteadof changing my location I have decided to take pictures of the promotions on the business window and report them to corporatealong with my receipts. Long drive-thru times at my visit. When I finally got to the window the manager was yelling and cursing at the crews.... for... whatever the reason, but it look bad to do it almost in front of the customer.... I guess is one reason why they quit workingfaster than the drive-thru times... Lead the team, set the example! Food was hot, even the fries! Read more
