This by far has been my worst visit here ! ! Per the segment on Under Cover Boss and other visits at this location , the... customers is supposed to receive a greeting as you walk in ( WELCOME TO MENCHIES ) well not today. The young girl Maria per ourrecipe was so entertained by her personal cell photo with her co-worker who was sitting / laying under the counter. Yes she wasactually laying under the counter . Been here a few times, yogurt is always good. Had a weird experience yesterday. There was just one employee in the store, and... she was refilling the yogurt in the back. We tried pressing one of the levers without realizing it was low and she came out fromthe back and just stared at us for a few minutes before returning to the back. Then after we paid and asked for an extra spoonshe aggressively stabbed it into our yogurt. I am not sure why she had an attitude with us. I?m sure she could hear us from theback and I did say I could see hands, but I wasn?t making fun of her. Hoping she is having a better day, sorry if we offendedher ??????? Read more
Last night we got there at 8:49 the sign and google says they close at 10:00 once we paid our frozen yogurt they told us they... were closing so we couldn?t sit down and enjoy our dessert. I understand sometimes you have to close early but put a sign ortell the customers that before so they can decide if they want it or not. We were more than 25 people buying and everyone wasmad. Lexi is very friendly and kind with the customers. She helped us out with samples and gave great recommendations. She also... jumped in to help others while having a great attitude. The frozen yogurt is always good but Lexi made it an even betterexperience. Read more
Great place. HORRIBLE employees. The girl working today when I went in with my sister & nieces was not friendly AT ALL. She was... mean to the kids. She had her headphones in the WHOLE time. She gave attitudes to adults. Got mad at a 2 year old for touchingsomething. She needs to be fired. Someone else told me she did the same thing to them. Read more
