I love their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt!! When I cheat on my gluten free diet there is nothing else I will have, it is that... good! Never had problems with our order. The one thing I will give more attention is cleanliness, the tables don?t get wipedfast enough and the bathroom always needs cleaning when I go. Other than that very nice place to have a quick lunch ???? Read more

I had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was horrid. Complete waste of money. As far as service, there is none. Usually 1 person up... front, so if you do not want to wait they have kiosks set up to order. Read more

I love Panera. But this wasn?t Panera at its best today (6pm). No coffee/cold coffee, dirty tables and used dishes, rubbish... everywhere inside and out, no napkins, slow service and despite three attempts at taking my loyalty number, no loyalty points(somebody got them, but not me!). It really felt like nobody cared about this store or it?s customers . A shame, because awell-run Panera is a happy fun place. Read more

Nice salads, soups and sandwiches. The cookies are great treats too. Great place to get coffee, tea and meet friends! We notice... different small groups meet up there to visit. #bookclubs #study Read more

I haven?t been to Panera for a meal in a while. The food is still delicious and we both enjoyed our meals. FYI - the lady behind... the prep counter was a bit crotchety when I mentioned that I requested a chocolate chip cookie and not an M&M cookie. lol Read more

Great place to take clients for a cup of coffee before a long day of showing real estate

It's always only four stars. Staff is pretty friendly and the place is usually pretty tidy. But... Either the construction of a... sandwich is devoid of pride or any gratitude for being employed, as was the case tonight, or some part of the order is wrong ormissing. Tonight it looked like my sandwich had sneezed out a quarter of its contents into the wrapper. And what was stillinside was not evenly distributed; just globs of each ingredient, held together by cheese. I think there's a culture problem inthe store. And not just this one. From my roadtripping travels, it's wide-spread. There's a lack of joy, pride, contribution tothe community, gratitude for employment and the opportunity to support oneself or one's family, etc. SOMETHING ismissing. Anyway, the drive thru is convenient and the food is always pretty flavorful. I just wish Panera would go the laststep(s) to be actually great and worthy of all five stars. Read more
