Worst service Ever ? Walked out of Restaurant after the man looking manager decided to approach the table with a disgusting,... even thought it was ok to throw my husband food on the table? Stopped in to get a cinnamon roll to go. Took over 20 minutes . . . with no other customers waiting in line or waiting to be... seated . . . it highlights the struggles many restaurants are having in getting enough people to work. Rolls were delicious. Read more
Waited 30 minutes to be seated. No one person was seated in that time. I understand that they are short staffed, however the... manager hid in the kitchen and made no effort to explain why nobody was being seated or to apologize for the wait. She left itto her staff to deal with the customers. If they had seated some of the people waiting in that 30 minutes it wouldn't have beenso aggravating. Not acceptable. Definitely will not be back! I've been going to Perkins for the last 40 years and I have to say, overall, the food has been consistent. I'm a breakfast... person, so I go narrow and deep when I visit. I don't talk to anyone until I've had my coffee. It's delivered in a carafe, whichI greatly appreciate. No need acting like a mad man flagging down the staff for a warm up. Perkins is nostalgic for my family and this location didn't disappoint. Kind and friendly staff, clean facility and tasty... food. The chicken pot pie and salad combo are as good as Grandma made and there's a huge selection of sweets to top the meal. Read more
Don?t get me wrong, I love the food here and the service is top notch, unfortunately the nasal assault I experienced walking in... was very hard to overcome. Place needs a deep clean, or new air filtration system. Smelling is 1/2 of tasting. Also, $3 for aDiet Pepsi is just dumb. Read more
