I usually stop by here on my way to work once or twice a week. Each staff member I have encountered has always been friendly and... patient. The smoothies haven't always come out perfect but the staff has been willing to correct/change to meet my preferences. Read more
I came in this morning (6/16/21 at 7:45a) and Kat gave me exceptional customer service! She was kind and made me smoothie... exactly the way I like it. I was not served due to not wearing a mask. Not only was there no sign, but the gal was extremely rude. Very unfortunate, and I... really hope this location survives. You'd think with the heavy construction out front and with the COVID that this locationwould offer a free mask to patrons or at least put up a notice on the front door letting you know to wear a mask beforeentering. Especially since I had come in earlier that morning and ordered a smoothie without wearing one. I personally think thegal just didn't feel like working because I arrived 10 minutes before close while she was too busy clicking her nails texting onher cell phone. Absolutely rude personnel, and I honestly don't take an offense to the mask, it was just the execution that waspiss poor. Read more

It smells so bad in there, I?m not sure how anyone trusts ordering a smoothie. The smell is like when you leave protein shakes... sitting for too long without cleaning it. Legit deadly - so toxic. I couldn?t even order & had to leave. Read more
