This location NEVER answers their phone. We go there around 6:30pm and order Spicy ???? Breasts combo meals. They are OUT out... breast, tried to give me thighs without telling me. I asked if they could make me some breasts and I was willing to wait. Thecashier said no. Asked for a manager and was told one wasn't on duty. Been here three times. Three times had issues. First time it seems like they picked out buffalo sized drumsticks for me and they... were OLD and Luke warm dry. Second time, ordered a three piece meal and paid for three but got a two piece meal. Third time,ordered meal and no biscuit. Read more
I have been here five times over the last two years or so and am yet to receive food. Today they were out of regular chicken.... Last time they were out of just chicken in general. Twice I sat at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes+ with no one speaking tome before giving up and leaving. Only once was I able to order, but when I got to the window they revealed they were out ofstock again. How this is even a functioning business is beyond me. I won't be back. The staff that was on shift today at around 4pm and the food, were so on point today. The gentlemen that was helping me with my... order was kind and courteous. That chicken though?.got home with my takeout order, everything was there, it was hot, fresh,crispy, and delicious. Overall, it was such a surprisingly seamless and delicious experience that I wanted to make sure that the staff knows that you are appreciated by my family and I and should be appreciated by corporate as well! Could these pieces BE any smaller?!???????? This is a three piece "DINNER"?!! ???? I was so shocked at how small these were I... had to get out the tape measure. Where did they get these? A Cornish Game Hen? Heck, even the biscuit was half the size. Moreof a deflated biscuit disk. Wasnt soft and fluffy but hard and crunchy. The thigh was smaller than the biscuit! Not tomention... The tenders were more like chicken shreds or ribbons... My son ate them too fast for me to get a photo. They used asmall biscuit box for an 8 piece tender that cost 18 bucks!!! They looked like fat fried noodles.???? My 3 piece meal cost 10bucks. I paid a total of $29.59 for, basically, two appeTEASEers. ???? Left us both STILL hungry.???? The only reason I gave 2stars... It was STILL Popeye's Chicken. What little of it there was, was delicious. ???? I LOVE ? Popeye's Chicken but this istaking "cut-backs, due to Covid" WAY too far!!!???? Oh... And one more thing. Signs all over the windows, advertising their"NEW Beignets!" Tried to order some and was told they "...don't have those anymore... It was only for a limited time and wasover a LONG time ago". So, how LONG before you take the signs down in the windows and take it off the menu sign at thedrive-thru???????? Not EVER going back to THIS location... Worst food and service. Got the hush puppy shrimp. It was cold, no sauce and no biscuit. Got the 5 piece chicken. Th chicken... tasted like it was cooked in the morning. Horrible and the phone for the store and corporate is unreachable. Beware and do notgo there Read more
