Excellence. Full circle, true dining experience from start to finish. Each dish is made to perfection and properly plated. ... The customer service is impeccable. Their approach to dining is different from other restaurants where they offer prefix menuand you choose different items and you pay an additional per head amount for certain items as we did to share such as ouroysters and steak. We enjoyed it as a family dinner because we were able to order a variety of dishes to share. It some howevolved into 7+ course meal. Loved it. A must try. I loved the Steak! Will return soon. To say this restaurant is exceptional is an understatement. The dining experience here is surreal, as it is a blend of reality... and fantasy. The staff and owner make your dining event truly special, you feel as like you have walked on to a Hollywoodproduction and you are the VIP guest. The saxophonist plays beautiful renditions of current hits as the sommelier treats you tothe greatest French wines, and all this is just setting the mood for the most over the top culinary perfection you will everenjoy. This restaurant is special, that is all I can say, it is not an exaggeration that some bites nearly brought tears to myeyes! I couldn’t have better things to say. Literally a phenomenal experience. No words to describe it. We were happily greeted and... wished Happy Anniversary before we even stepped foot into the building. Two individuals were constantly there. We were given anencyclopedia of wines and the waitress knew everything inside and out, forwards and backwards. The food was equally asimpressive. Literally every dish made my taste buds fire in wonder and amazement. Everything from the first course to the bread,to the drinks down to the ability of the service, everything was absolutely amazing. At the end, we were treated to a “HappyAnniversary Cake” which was not only incredibly thoughtful, but amazingly delicious. For those who have yet to experiencethis, I couldn’t say enough good things. While it is on the more expensive side of things, it is literally worth every penny.Go there, I promise you will love it. This was truly and experience for us and we highly recommend this for anyone visiting naples. We've explored tons of restaurants... and none compare to Sails. It's a set menu and you choose either 3 or 4 courses. In every section there are tons of options foryou to customize your meal. We loved every single dish. The flavours jumped out and the portions of seafood on each plate wasvery generous. Some absolute must trys are the lobster arugula salad and the wood oven octopus. We had reservations for anotherrestaurant the next night and ended up canceling before we had to eat here another night. Read more
Amazing food and even better service. We got there early so we managed to snag a seat outside which felt very private and... comfortable. The food was excellent from the 4-course menu. The server was very attentive, friendly, and made very helpfulsuggestions. I honestly did not expect it to be as good as it was. The service was on par with restaurants I have paid DOUBLEfor in NYC, D.C., and and Las Vegas. I can’t wait to go back. Read more
Wow..... just wow... I've heard for years how amazing the food is... but I wasn't prepared for the exemplary and absolutely... spectacular service. I've been to some of the best restaurants... had some of the best food.. but this restaurant.. this mealwas something truly magnificent. Everything was full of flavor, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection. But what trulymakes this restaurant shine is the level of complete attentive service you get from the moment you check in with the hostess. Asyou are escorted to your table every wait staff greets you.. every time your glass needs filled it happens without pause.. everyneed is met before you even realize you have a need. Somehow they have perfected the balance of attending to your every needwithout being overbearing or intrusive. I am a true fan and will be going back again and again. This is hands down the best restaurant in Naples and one of the best I’ve ever been to. The service and food are unbeatable.... The wine list is superb. I could go on and on but you just need to try it. The entire team is phenomenal and the quality of theingredients is some of the best I’ve had. It’s hard to go to the same place every time but when it’s this good you can’tcomplain. Read more
