The food, value, and customer service here is great. But a few days ago I had an experiance that will stick with me. My son is... autistic and struggles with patience, we stopped by here for dinner on a particularly bad day and he couldn't wait quietly, butno one made us feel unwelcome as we waited. When the food came oit he reached for what I knew was too hot a pizza to eat and inhe freaked out when I had to pull it away, and in the process he knocked my 8" sub to the floor. I was upset but planned to letit be and eat at home later, but minutes later an absolutely wonderful young lady came out with a brand bew sub for me and said that they had seen what happened and made me another one, free of charge, without even being asked. I don't know if they knowhow much this meant to me. They took a final straw in a bad day type scenario and completely eased all that frustration with asimple and unexpected act of kindness. The food is awesome! The portions and prices are reasonable. The only reason I give 3 instead of five is one simple reason...... They don't use ricotta cheese in their "CALZONE" which just makes it a folded pizza. Please add ricotta cheese to the menu forcalzones!!! Make a real calzone. Read more

Samuel Mancinos serves excellent pizza, but my go to is always their breadsticks with beer cheese and their antipasto salad! The... meat and veggies are always fresh, which is rare nowadays and thats why they get my business! Oh btw their beer cheese rivalssome of the bigger sports bars in Naples! Read more

Decent pizza, sauce is a bit sweet. Garlic bread was average. Antipasto was fresh.
