The reason I am giving 2 stars is because I ordered a smoothie online through smoothie kings website and the first time it told... me to "try again later" when I tried to pay. So I reloaded the page and ordered again. This time it went through. When I got tosmoothie king they had made AND charged me for 2 smoothies... I was alone and did not need 2 smoothies and since it was amalfunction on their website I thought they would refund me for one of them. But instead when I told the lady what happened shewas very rude to me and told me "sorry next time you need to check your bank account before ordering a 2nd one" that makes nosense to me because it told me the payment didn't go through. She wouldn't refund me for one of them and just kept telling methere was nothing she could do. The smoothie tasted good but this poor customer service was really disappointing. Read more

This 3star review is based on what one would expect from a nice clean franchise, or the lack there of. Product was great, ... service was subpar. It could have been due to a large bite squad order just before me, i don't know. The cashier didn't offeror ask if i wanted any add ins, which i thought my drink included one but discovered it does not. So i bought two and she nevermentioned i get a 3rd free. Read more
