It is always immaculate inside and outside the establishment. And the staff is always polite. I want to mention Matteo in... particular because he recently went above and beyond. Yesterday, I went to a separate Starbucks (not mentioning any location inparticular) and ordered a black tea lemonade. When I received it, there was little to no lemonade and very little ice. When Irealized this, I stopped at Pine Ridge Road to order a new one. I ordered a black tea lemonade with a little extra lemonade. Inonchalantly explained what had happened. I specifically mentioned it was from another Starbucks. And I was not asking foranything, except for listening. I was getting ready to pay when Matteo insisted I have a black tea lemonade on the house. Hedidn?t have to go this extra step. It was very thoughtful! I'd give five stars but this location is notorious for randomly shutting down indoor and drive through mid shifts. No... understanding as of why, but living right next to this store only to find it abruptly closed for no reason - forcing me to drivemiles away to a sister store for a Starbucks experience, that only leaves one wondering if they should hit either of the twoDunkin stores on pine ridge and also in the middle of both starbuck stores instead... The employees here are so friendly and so sweet to my dog always! Plus they make my favorite drink perfect each time!
I have been going to this Starbucks since high school. Nice place to decompress and relax. Manager and staff are all friendly... and welcoming, I feel like a long lost friend every time i step into the store.
