I got a strawberry refresher and it was SO watered down. I asked for light ice and they didn?t fill my drink all the way either,... I would have just bought a smaller size if I knew this was going to happen. Everytime i come here usually its in the evening but 10-30 mins before they are scheduled to be closed they already are. I too... am in the customer service industry and our signs say open till x time and that is how it is......if you close whenever you feellike it why post hours? Just saying........ Read more
This Starbucks is the worst I have been. I?m at Starbucks every single Day, having a Latte Macchiato. They gave me a regular... Coffee with Milk. After I have told, explained and showed them (a Latte Picture from Wikipedia) how a Latte needs to look like,both employees have started arguing with me. I go here all the time and the experience is made with the great Baristas. One named Shawna works there often and is nice, kind,... and always personable. Sadly they run out of wipecream a lot, but still always good when I go. Read more
