The service was impeccable and the location was gorgeous! Everything was so clean and the architecture of the location along... with the rest of 5th Ave is so beautiful! I ordered a refresher and it was everything I'd hoped for and more on a ridiculouslyhot afternoon in Naples. The server was incredibly kind and my drink was ready very quickly. Cute little starbies! They were out of Oatmeal milk much needed for my new fave the oatmeal milk brown sugar shaken expresso. I... get it light on the ice on the sweeter side (a bit more sugar). So I got a single shot and poured it over some TikTok drink mydaughter gets "iced white mocha with sweet foam and caramel drizzle". Read more

This location has gone down rapidly over the past month ir so with what seems to be staff turnover and poor service. The... location has even been sporadically closed for no apparent reasons from time to time Orders are more and more several minuteslater then even the generously king times calculated by the app. For the past few years this has been an excellent place togather. Hate to be a Debbie downer but I just got to say of all the Starbucks I have been to this seems to be the dirtiest with the... service not too Friendly? Seems like the barristers are oxygen starved with their masks on. Seems like the twilight zone inthere. Read more
Fairly quick at taking and filling orders. Generally pretty busy. The self serve cream and sugar station had obviously been... neglected, very dirty, ants crawling around, no sugar, no cinnamon, no napkins and no one interested in helping. I found thesugar myself in the cabinet below the counter. The coffee is just ok, nothing special. I would go back but I'd like to see themput a little more effort into cleanliness and keeping things stocked. I realize they get pretty busy but these things are kindacrucial. Read more
One of the most glamorous Starbucks locations I think I?ve ever been to. Beautiful street and the store was perfect. Staff very... friendly and attentive, recommended and made us some amazing ice drinks which were perfect for the weather. Free on streetparking (where available) and prices in line with other local locations. Read more
