Reviews for Subway in Naples, FL
This Subway is located inside a gas station with several other businesses. First off I asked for my sandwich on regular wheat... bread. I was told my only option was white bread. Ok fine. Then they asked if I wanted it toasted which I did. They did not haveone of the normal ovens that Subway uses. They actually walked over to the Cuban bakery right next to the Subway and used theiroven. Weird but ok. Next I asked for my veggies on my sandwich which included green bell peppers. I was told they didn?t havegreen bell peppers, they only had red bell peppers. I?ve never even seen red bell peppers offered at a Subway before. I optedagainst the red bell peppers. So now it was time to pay for this sandwich which at this point I didn?t really even want and I?mtold their credit card machine doesn?t work. If I want to use my card I have to get in line at the post office in the store andpay there. WTH?! I asked can I just go pay the cashier at the front of the store. I was told no I have to go to the post officeto pay. At this point I walked out. They could keep their lame sandwich. If you want a Subway sandwich made your way thenDEFINITELY avoid this location. After shipping some stuff at the Post Office, I stopped by to get a sub. The service was great! Raiza and Alejandro helped me... picking my toppings because I?m so indecisive. Very yummy sandwich and excellent customer service. They are bilingual too! Read more
Steer clear of here. Service sucks. No one knows what's going on in the rest of the store while their Subway is vacant for an... extended period of time with all of the perishable food out. No sign stating its closed or anything. One lady says its closed,other says it's not until she also is unable to find subway associate, then all declare it closed due to this person being MIA.Very disappointing. Publix it is! Read more
To be completely honest, this is your run-of-the-mill Subway. The sandwich was not toasted very well and the mozzarella still... felt cold. I found a hair in my food which I am sure isn?t mine, but the meats in the sub still tasted fresh as usual. This is afairly large subway, with about 10 tables. 3/5. Read more
Definitely order the meatballs sandwich and always look online or the newspaper for the deals... I'm a Subway fan... Oh by the... way... It was very clean and so we're the bathrooms. Very good place, nice people and whats important, not greedy to fill the sandwitch with meat :) not sure what some one starrers... are complaining abiut here (first world problems apparently), I had a beyond average experience there.
