Went for an early dinner. Felt like having fish and chips. Had a couple of drinks and they were good. The fish and chips were... excellent. It was a big piece of fish and it was fried nicely. We love to stop in for Happy Hour here. They have a nice shaded patio to sit and enjoy people watching. I am disappointed they... took the pimento cheese spread off the menu, it was amazing. First impressions?the Chairs seem like they could use an upgrade. I sat down and I sunk in, the cushion was obsolete, and it was... wobbly. I didn?t complain though I just switched chairs. Very Oldies New England vibes, so it definitely explains the olderchairs. All in All the server was cool, food was good. After 9 on a Friday the pump up the music & dim the lights. I've visited quite a few different times over the years and a very laid-back experience. They also have different events and... even has DJ late evening Friday/Saturday. Participating in the trivia nights are fun too- good/funny facilitator. Call orcheckout online if it's themed! It can get packed depending on time of year. Food is very filling (a lot in each serving). I dolike the fish and chips as well as some of the appetizers. They do have a long list of drink offerings- beer, wine, spirits orcocktails. Read more
Always love this place. About an hr away from where we stay but worth the visit. It feels like a pub in the UK was transported... to SW Florida. Love the fish but recently the chips have been changed. These chips are not as good as the past ones but we arein a time of difficulty in our supply chains. Hopefully they'll be able to get the chips they're famous for soon. Read more

Bangers and Mashed were incredible. My companion had the fish and chips and they were beyond all expectations. I suggest if you... want some great English food stop here you won't be disappointed.
