I ordered the carnitas burrito. It was pretty good but the portions were small, especially for the price. They gave me about a... 1/4 cup each of rice and beans and a small drink for an extra $3 or so. The burrito itself was surprisingly light, maybe like 3ounces of meat. I was definitely still hungry afterwards. The quality of the food was a little above fast-food (I will admit Igot it delivered which might affect the quality/freshness). First visit here and the customer service was impressive. It wasn't that busy but I was greeted when I walked in by a worker... not behind the counter who asked if my first visit, explained the menu and special. It was not expensive..think Qdoba orChipotle prices.. so not at all what is normally expected. A different employee asked how my meal was and refilled my drink. Good service continued as it got busier. Portions were generous. I didn't get the sauce but overheard customers talking aboutthe varied hotness. The decor is interesting. Read more
Great food with a friendly staff and cheap beer. The staff is always upbeat and very helpful. The food is always extremely... reliable and tasty. Between their many locations the variance is negligible. Thanks TJs for being a great reliable go-to. Keepup the good work. My one suggestion would be to augment your sauce bar with a salsa bar. I enjoy your many different varietiesof hot salsa, but I usually end up putting more than half of it on/in your salsa. Anyways, i?ll be coming back for a while! Read more
First time at this Mexican chain, surprised it took me this long. More options than just your typical burrito or bowl. Ordered... the chimichanga chicken and cheese. Made it ?wet? with chipotle sauce as I thought it might be a little dry otherwise and mayhave been right. Flavorful, bit of a kick. Not overstuffed with cheese and good amount of chicken. Lettuce, onion, tomato etccome on top which I was pleased they weren?t inside. Order at counter and sit where you like, quick service, good prices. Camewith some tortilla chips on the side.
