I have been coming to this particular Wendy's for years. The manager that works the drive thru is very pleasant and has worked... there for a very long time. However I went inside to order today for the first time because I had been working outside all daydoing cleanup for some friends from the hurricane. I asked the woman behind the counter for new fries because they were cold andold. After spending $15.00 for a sandwich and fries I would appreciate hot fresh fries. She yelled at me several times that shewas not going to make new fries and that they were fine. Literally raising her voice and being very argumentative. I asked forher name and she kept saying Jennifer Lopez and laughing with her coworkers. I also witnessed another girl behind the counterarguing and yelling at the manager!!! With recent pay raises these wonen are making $15 and hour and that is how they act?!?Unbelievable!!! I will never come to this Wendy's ever again! I am a manager at a restaurant and my employees would never actthis way! The girl even refused to give me my receipt! Probably aware that I would call corporate if she had given it to me.Still completely in shock that any worker in Naples would treat customers or their boss this way! I feel so sorry for thatmanager especially because I know that she puts in long hours and has to work with people like that! Read more
Employees were great, personable with a sense of humor. It was late i was from out of state almost closing time,my order was... cheerfully taken and everything was perfect ,burger was perfect, fries were piping hot as even though it was 5 minutes toclosing they cooked them fresh. No wonder whole wendys chain up for sale. Food is good. Biggie bag good value. Service is poor. Rude help.. drink machine always... empty. New strawberry frostie so bland. Pink colored vanilla really too many iitems on menue for help to deal with. Need to goback to basics. Read more

Decided to try Wendy's for breakfast and I must say they are not to bad, te 1st pick is the breakfast baconator the 2nd is... chicken and bacon with maple syrup and of coarse the potatoes which are crunchy on the outside yet set on the inside. Everythingwas very good, was wondering if they had orange juice or milk on the menu to have with it instead. Maybe next time, all was verygood. Try it for yourself and let me know. Read more
Only the drive-through is open they will not let people in and I?m staying at the hotel across the street and this place is... never open and opens when it wants to and I think it?s horrible there only letting people drive through but I ran across thestreet to get a big order I will never go to Wendy?s again Read more
