This Wendy?s is a joke and it might as well be closed. I have passed by a handful of times while shopping in the shopping center... and each time I see a handful of cars parked there and I?ll go to the intercom and no one will answer. Stop by to get breakfast this morning. Big mistake... but will not make it again. My big breakfast sandwich looked like someone... sat on it plus it was mushy and the potato wedges were burnt. I threw everything in the trash. My last time at this Wendy's.This restaurant needs to close down after reading the other reviews. Too bad as its close to my home. Read more
This is for the Wendy's on 41 and Bonita Beach Road. Shame on the owner of this Wendy's. Your store is a disgrace, ripped... booth chair, dirty, small spiders crawling on the walls, fruit flies around the ketchup dispenser. Your Manager and staff wasdoing their best to keep up with the to go and counter customers. This is not the only Wendy's having issues with not enoughstaff that they can't even open there dining room. Maybe you should close your dining room until you can clean your restaurant. They have never kept normal hours since they opened. I've stopped by at 6pm and they have been closed. The dining room has never... been opened when I've been there. Today I ordered 4 large frostys and received them in a clear plastic cup. I measured themwhen I got home. A large frosty should be 20 Oz and the cups I got were 16 oz. How can they be allowed to do this? Read more
Don't waste your time. The chance of catching them open, are the same odds of hitting the lottery. Im 0-6, even left fishing... early so I could be there at 9p.m. on a Saturday night...nope closed. Stickers on the window say "open late, we're talkinglate" Call on Sunday and asked whats the deal. I was told " why don't you get me some people, so we can stay open late" andclose at 5 today....well damn, its been a year or so. Plus if you had students, you close before they get outta school. Is this a joke?? False advertisement of their "open late" window stickers. They close at 5??? For what reason? While other... Wendy's franchises work hard to stay open during the hours they're supposed to, what makes this location special that they canclose WAY early for nearly a year now... Can't get any service at those location at all, might as well close it down and putsomething else where people can actually get service and get the right food. Read more
