Great atmosphere and service. Kudos for a vegetarian menu with some interesting choices. Wife had the scallops and pork belly... starter, plenty for her, good flavor. Daughter’s steak was quite good, as was dad’s braised short ribs. I had the wedgesalad, good flavor but could have used just a bit more blue, and I tried the marinated tofu. In liked the dish but first bitewas a tad salty, maybe a bit too much marinated on the end. I would like to see some other sort of sauce in quantity, it waslisted with a poblano pepper sauce, which was just three small dots and was a bit too ashy. Forbidden rice was also just ok.I’ll try a different dish next time, but still happy that they offered these types of dishes. Dishes of the day were thesteak fries and the glazed carrots - both outstanding! Thick cut rectangular prism shaped potatoes perfectly crispy outside andfluffy interior. Beautiful restaurant at a beautiful hotel. Everything is neat. All the staff are courteous, friendly and respectful. The bar is... pretty. The cocktails are amazing. Well crafted wine list. The entry of the house is fresh and a little sample of the greatquality products served in the restaurant. The meat was cooked perfectly. The fish was on the point.
