The staff quick and friendly, the boba(honeydew Thai tea) is on point. I've had the chicken shoyu ramen, for the second time and... the taste wasn't consistent, don't take my word for it. Majority of their Ramen broth is Tonkatsu(pork) based, they do offerchicken and vegetable broth Ramen. Read more
Hidden gem, the facility is so welcoming and extremely clean! Immaculate I must say. The food is a delicacy as well. Clean... presentation, and delicious tasting noodles. I can?t wait to come back! Actually give this place 3.5 ?. Was close by so my girlfriend and I stopped in. We had the pork belly bao and asked the waiter... the most popular ramen and just ordered that. Was pleasantly surprised by the bao bun. Nicely presented and taste was good,nothing spectacular, but I'd order them again. After eaten at Namba several times it's kinda hard to eat ramen anywhere else,BUT, the flavor was good. It's just missing some finesse. Overall, was a good experience. I loved everything, the food, the service and the way everything is decorated. It is a small but very cozy place. It's the... first time I ate Ramen noodles and I loved it, I'm definitely going to come back more often and I'm going to try all the Ramennoodles they have ????. And the boba tea is delicious. I heard about this place while being away from Naples, and it was my first stop once I got back. Let me say this? I have been... trying different boba places around Naples and this is by far my favorite. The food is AMAZING!! The waitress Trinh is the bestwaitress, very kind, funny, and remembers faces. Cute little place, will be back, just 1 shortcoming. Came for lunch, starter salad was outstanding, small, simple, super fresh... and a really good ginger dressing. The Japanese style fried chicken appetizer was pretty bad. Old and dry chicken, breadingtasted like the grease hadn?t been changed in quite a while. Hope this was just a one time thing. Ramen was great, got thelunch tonkatsu and made it spicy. Chaishu was ultra tender and flavorful, broth was outstanding and the noodles were S-tier.Looks like you don?t get an egg in the lunch special, but oh well. Will be back to try more.
