I?ve never been in an establishment where the employees were so miserable and outwardly complained about their jobs. Are they... being held hostage? Do they need to be rescued? This place is so busy during tourist peak. Plain Crullers sell out probably at 6am The team is awesome, and extremely busy.... Usually they forget an item from your order. For me...90% of the time, Its to be expected, they really are swamped in themornings. Road getting in is dangerous, some days the drive through hangs out into the street and the wait is coming from bothside, and people driving into napals, will never give you a break to get in the lot, they speed up. My fiance got an iced latte and 12 munchkins. It took ten minutes with nobody in front of her. There were 5 younger people... "working". One doing drive thru and the new kid "working on her order. She had to repeat her self 3 times for the munchkins andmultiple times for each step of the latte. Meanwhile the person making her order (granted he was new) kept stopping and talkingto the other people behind the counter. They mess up my order every time. Seems like liquid sugar is a foreign concept to them. They don't mix it well. Tastes like... water. Now they include crushed ice along with icecubes to give you even less coffee. Read more
