Went in and ordered two can dine coupon and a kids meal with chocolate milk (price goes up for that) after waiting a while for... my food I had to ask for my drinks. Got the cups that came with the 2 can dine meal. Figured the chocolate milk was on the kidsmeal bag but NOPE. Got home and it was not with my order. Had a very disappointed kiddo. Far enough away I was not fighting withkids to get back on car seats and going to try to get it. Read more
Very poor service. Ordered Classic Roast Beef and fresh Curly Fries. As Fries are down sandwich is sitting out in open not under... a warmer. Fries are done and sandwich put in bag and handed to me. I then asked for a fresh sandwich not the one that wassitting in open for 3.5mn. I was met with attitude and told that they were so short handed and weren't capable of making sureSandwiches stayed hot??(not even busy). Shake machine supposedly down? Broke or just down to get out earlier,hmm?? The young manrunning slicer actually started to laugh when hearing of request. With answers and service like this it's no wonder these placesare closing. Managers are failing these kids and not holding them accountable for terrible service and attitudes. Arby's hasreally gone down hill . ???? So today my faith in quality was restored. I have been feeling defeated by fast food. But rolled the dice and tried Napoleon... Arby's today around 3pm. It was perfect fresh, sandwiches were filled correctly with meat, au jus sauce was filled upperfectly, they gave me napkins, included my marinara sauce, and was super friendly. I was the only one in line. Took forever and this is what I got for my chicken cheddar ranch, two dried out barely warm chicken... strips... Arby's is great when done correctly. I don't mind paying for quality. This one missed the mark... The only thing theguy at the window said was my total. Read more
