While visiting my parents from out of town, we ordered a pizza on our way back from Walmart. It took only 10 mins, we waited in... our car, and they brought it out to us! Not only that, it was delicious, and very, very reasonably priced! Five stars Read more
I understand that this store is going through staffing changes but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. First I... tried to order online and was not able to it said online ordering was not able to be done at that store at this time. Then Icalled in and ordered and they said they could not honor the online promotion because it was online only. Fine I ordered anyway.Then I get home with my pizza and my order was wrong so I called up there to ask them to remake it. I continued to call foralmost 10 minutes with no answer before I decided to drive over there. When I informed them that I had called numerous times andno one answered my call I was not told sorry or anything they just took my incorrectly made pizza and said they would make a newone. Great and by the way now my side is sitting at home getting cold and I have to wait after working all day for my food to bemade a second time. An I'm sorry and maybe a discount on my next order would have been the polite thing to do but that was toomuch to ask. My family does like little Cesar's pizza but I think this store really needs a lesson on customer service. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. This place has become a joke. I get it people don?t want to really work right now. But if you... have employment thru a company that works with customers at least try to be friendly. This make 2 times I?ve gone thru about15-20 mins to close and requested a cheese free pizza and was told they would not make it because they was closing I had my pickof stale breadsticks or someone?s else forgotten pizza. First time I spoke with management and nothing was done nor did I evenreceive an apology. So since they didn?t seem to care enough to address the situation the last time it happened. I don?t think Iwill be returning to this location any time in the future. Read more
Be sure to call and make sure the store is open before you place an order! I placed an order on 5/15 through their app, but... when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody would answer the phone! I called Little Caesarscustomer support and they said they would reach out to the store so I could get my refund, but I haven't heard anything. Becareful if you order from this store!! They should at least disable app ordering if they aren't going to be open, so peopledon't waste their money! Read more
We ordered via app and arrived expecting to go in and pick our pizza...no such luck. We had to reorder and wait. But we were... able to do so and the wait was worth it. Our pizza and breadsticks were amazing. Read more
Just stopped here for the Crazy Bread. Better than what we get in Defiance. Was baked just right, not overcooked and not almost... burnt. If you live in the Defiance County area, I strongly recommend driving the extra 15 miles to this establishment ratherthan the local one until it gets things sorted out. Read more
I left Very upset! I was totally ignored and finally I asked if I could place an order and the manager said oh let me check... making me feel very unwelcome. I left and they lost my money! The manager was walking around doing nothing but being rudeignoring customers. Read more
