Walked in and there was no less than 5 people that I could see and I know could see me. Yet, I waited 2 minutes for the special... needs gentleman to try and help me. One girl Katy looked right at me and turned her back. She came to the register aftermultiple request from the special needs guy trying to help me. What kind of service is that for a weary traveler? made me pull up past the window to wait for my very small order and then they didn't even give me half of my food. at first they... charged me more than they should have, now im 100% sure of that because i shouldn't have paid MORE than what my order usuallycosted especially if they werent even going to include all of it. We only went through the drive-thru for breakfast because we were in the area on a road trip and unfortunately the orange juice... machine wasn't working but otherwise everything went pretty quick and it seemed all right. I'm not sure if they have to goordering or the curbside stuff because they were only two additional parking spots on the side of the drive-thru that look likethey were for drive-thru overflow and I didn't see any of the signs out there labeled for the pre-order pickups. Went for the Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel and it's even better than the old recipe. Peppery spiced steak with grilled onions, melty... cheese and a fluffy and flavourful egg . Amazing! And I generally dislike Mickey D. Read more
They were busy thru the drive thru, but the line was moving at a reasonable place. The staff was nice, the only downside was... they forgot the nugget sauce, but promptly took care of it when I went inside in a nice way. Read more
My husband and I drove thru today and ordered a kid?s cheeseburger meal with a root beer and a double cheeseburger meal with a... coke. When we got to the food window, the young man gave us our pop?s and asked us to go to the number one spot to wait ourmeals. Quite awhile later a girl came out and said, (here is your cinnamon buns and cheeseburger meal. We said (What, myhusband said (We ordered a double cheeseburger meal and she handed him the cheeseburger meal and I said where is thecheeseburger kids meal?) she said didn?t they give you that meal at the window. I told her No and she apologized and went backin I thought to get that meal. Finally, she came back out with the meal and said ( here is your four piece chicken nugget meal).I just gave up by then and just took that meal. What a mess up. Not what we paid for. Don?t think we will be going back toNapoleon?s McDonald?s. Also, it wasn?t a double cheeseburger meal just a regular cheeseburger!! Read more
My mom, step dad and I came in and ordered on the kiosk. We went up to pay and was told the receipt printer was down so we never... got a reciept. So we didn't know our order number. This lead to a lot of confusion on our part. Instead of the person handingout orders just reading off whats in the bag, they kept calling out numbers that nobody knew who they were for. Staff keptsetting out drinks and trays of food onto the counter and again, nobody knew who had what. On top of this, it took forever forour order to even make its way out of the kitchen. The staff was very nice but honestly none of them seemed to know what wasgoing on. Read more
