TERRIBLE workers today. 1:00 on 9/11/22. Two young guys - 1 making sandwiches and 1 running cash register. Had to repeat... SEVERAL times what I wanted on my sub. Had to get it toasted twice and still cold when I got it mainly because he left it layingopen. When asked to please close it, he angrily slammed it shut and played it on the BARE counter. So much for caring aboutgerms in the prep area!! Then we get to the register to pay. The bill - $19.05. I give the guy at the register $20.05 and he hadno idea why I gave him a 20 and 5 cents. After the change from the 20 spits out of the register, he looks at me and asks why Igave him the 5 cents. This guy should NOT be running the register. And instead of eating cookies in the prep area when thedining room emptied out, he should be wiping the mostly dirty tables. At least he was respectful tho. The guy making thesandwiches was not. They both need more training. Felt sorry for the girl working with these guys. At least she seemed to careabout the customer. Would NOT recommend this subway. Will NOT be back!!!! Read more
We received a bunch of good deals in a coupon mailer for Subway. As it turns out, Subways in Napoleon don't accept the coupons... that all residents of Napoleon got in the mail. I ended up spending $36 when the coupon would have only been $18. Do you knowhow many sandwiches I could make at home for $36? Read more
Online orders are always wrong. If you order sides, check before you leave because they are constantly forgotten. Veggies are... skimpy, and don?t bother with special requests because they are ignored. Read more

I ordered 2 ft long subs. Both steak and cheese. Different toppings. They managed to mess up the toppings and put sauce on my... sub that I can't eat.
