I have never left a review before but this felt necessary. Absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at a subway. My family came... in at 10, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with dirty looks so we asked if they were open they said yes. As we wereordering my husband asked for a meatball sub they said they had no meat balls so he decided not to get a sub. They had no ideawhat they offered for kids. Had no over roasted chicken so I had to get sliced chicken. Had signs all over about their new freshsmashed avocado, I asked for some, of course they had none. Half their food bar was empty. It was two young girls working andlet?s face it they were too lazy to go to the back and fill the food bar up for their customers so they said they had none. Twogentlemen walked in after us , they were greeted with the same dirty look and had to ask if they were still open as well. I didn?t receive any vegetables on either of my subs and I also found multiple hairs inside.
My boyfriend asked for two turkey bacon guacamole wraps as they are recommended, and they put all of the veggies on it and no... guacamole. They were also all out of meatballs at 1 in the afternoon. New meatballs sandwich is good but the price went up. The lady serving made same sandwich to a guy in front of me, when my turn... came she only put 7 meatballs instead of eight, about half the chesse the other guy got. When I asked to get more I was told Ihave to pay for it. I said ok, i don't want it anymore. Service was fast. Young lady who helped me was friendly and made my sandwich well. She seemed to be the only one working and... that's kind of concerning. No way to provide good service if the place were to suddenly he crowded. Or maybe that never happensand the place is always dead. Read more
