We had breakfast here at 530 am and we were surprised it was open and I feel horrible because the lady seemed really stressed... out at the drive through and she burned her arm while making my oatmeal and rob had his steak and bagel meal well we wentthrough again because we were still hungry and to ask if the lady was alright and she was still working up a storm ...we thankyou so much for your service oatmeal steak bagel/hash brown and coke a cola server ..we hope you got your arm taken care of.Take it easy slow down and take five...because nothing is worth getting burned over... That place needs a supervisor that understands how important customer service is to the consumer. A supervisor that can instill... in his or her pleasant but unfocused customer service team quality service. Read more
The floor was sticky. The food was barely warm by the time I got it. And the wait was long. There was only one other customer... inside at the time. And the drive-through seemed to only have maybe two cars in it. Read more
Food is cold, if they get the order right, not enough staff. I suggest going there during the late evenings hours. The floor... manager has a better handle on how to run the store and getting orders right and in good time gets alot better. Read more
I waited almost 20 minutes for a breakfast biscuit and a coffee. The place was not even crowded. There was nobody working the... cash register and they were completely focused on the drive-thru. The other patrons all seemed annoyed at the wait. Read more
Order was wrong. I was asked to pull forward & they would bring out the rest right away. Waited 15 min. & went back in to get 2... cheeseburgers. Acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally got them, no "sorry" or anything. And they werecold.... Read more
Asked for sauce for nuggets, 3 each of bbq, hot mustard, honey, we got 2 bbq, you pay for extra so I guess McDonald's needs the... money, not give me what I payed for. Got a western quarter pounder, said no bacon, got no fried onions either. This place hasslowly gotten worse and worse, are the staff doing this on purpose because of low pay? Stopped for breakfast. Ordered online, we noticed our ice coffees were filled about an inch below the rim so my husband asked... for them to be filled more. We watched as they added more ice. Ice coffees should have been the pumpkin lattes, mine was. Myhusbands had no flavoring in it at all. One of our hashbrowns only had half of it in the sleeve and the bottom half was not inthe bag. I?m assuming that?s because we asked for our coffees to be filled a reasonable amount. Nappanee McDonald?s isnotoriously the worst McDonald?s in the area.
