They lost my order. You call them to place your order, but get forwarded to a call center where you can barely understand the... person taking the order. I reconfirmed where I wanted the order sent to after she mentioned the Pizza Hut in Elkhart. I wasspecifically clear it had to go to the one in Nappanee and confirmed the address. When I got there they didn?t have my order. They were nice, but I didn?t want to wait for them to make it. Half way home I was informed they did have my pizza order. Idrove back because they were so nice. When I got there the order was wrong?. Lol. It wasn?t their fault at that store, it wasthe ridiculous call centers fault. Pizza hut?s (corporate) openly liberal views already had me skeptical of eating there. Idon?t think I?ll ever eat at anyplace that makes me call a call enter to order my food at ever again. Read more
We came here for the buffet because no Pizza Hut by us has one. I can not say enough good things about this place. We came here... when literally no one was here and were greeted by the amazing and friendly staff members. We were treated better than any placewe have gone to in a long time! They came over and checked on us, asked if they could put more food on the buffet and had someawesome old school music on. We even had Angie and Donovan come over and just have a nice conversation and just check on us. Wehad our small child with us who is still learning to be out and they were so kind. Came to get my food ans they gave it to someone else. Took them 10 minutes to figure that out and then they decided to remake it... so i had to wait even longer. Manager was really rude about it and actes lile she didnt care. Didnt even get offered a discountor anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Today 6-21-22 is the third time in 2 weeks they had the doors locked at 11:40. No lunch buffet. This is my 3rd failed attempt... and will take my lunch business elsewhere. Take your large lunch buffet signs down if you are not going to serve it during thehours advertised. Read more
The local restaurants are suffering. Hard keeping doors open. Every time I see that the Hut is open, I buy food when we need a... quick, good meal. I've always grown up on The Hut and will always be a returning customer. Read more
We went there today for the lunch buffet. It was hot and they kept it full with different pizza, pastas, breadsticks, and their... dessert! They are short staffed; however, the two workers had great energy and were both working very hard! Great service, greatfood and atmosphere. Plus it?s affordable! Read more
Manager is rude, the buffet is limited I was there for 30 minutes one fresh pizza was placed on buffet. Pricing is inconsistent... the last time I ate there was given a senior discount because the owner was in the store. But I asked about it this time therude manager stated there's no such thing as a senior discount. When I tried to explain my experience the last time he basicallyimplied that I was a liar and I must be confused with another Pizza Hut. I'm in Nappanee weekly at lunch time and will neverever frequent this Pizza Hut based on how I was treated. Hopefully the owner will see this post. Read more
Terrible service! We ordered and paid for stuffed crust pizza and definitely didn't receive it. On top of that, all of our pizza... was a different kind than what was ordered. Read more
