While I completely understand being understaffed, I spent a half hour in the drive thru. They would take an order, then have you... drive up to the window. Meanwhile the next person would hear, "we will be with you in a moment" and then would sit until the carat the window received their order and drives away before even taking the next order. This place only has drive thru open. I pulled in not knowing I couldn't go in and had my boat hooked up. The drive thru isn't... big enough to take boat thru. I attempted to call a few times to see if I could order and take it. No answer any of the times.This taco bell used to be pretty decent. They obviously don't care about losing money or customers. I was charged for a taco supreme but was given a taco. Didn?t realize the mistake until I was back at the hotel and they... wouldn?t answer the phone. We were the only person in the drive thru at 8:30 pm. How can you screw up 1 out of 1 food order? Imanaged a Taco Bell in the 90?s and making a food item correctly is not rocket science yet it amazes how often I get terriblecustomer service at Taco Bell :( Read more
This would be an awesome place for a Taco Bell KFC! You can sit in the drive through line and nobody will wait on you even... though the hours of operation on the door say they are open. Avoid this place after watching a video on Facebook of a guy takinga bath in the kitchen sink I will no longer do business with this establishment. Update they have since got rid of KFC since theremodel and the firing of the employee taking a bath in the kitchen sink I thought I would give it another try they still don'tcome to the speaker box to take your order.. avoid this place at all cost Read more
This place is way much better than the last time I came here 3 years ago. Taking away KFC made this Taco Bell so much better.... Staff are really nice inside and have very fast service with great food. Read more
