Worst Pizza Hut ever! The?extra? cheese pizza was burnt and on top of that the other pizza I ordered was supposed to be stuffed... crust and no one called me to tell me that it wasn?t possible for medium pizzas. And was there even sauce on this?? I couldn?ttell the difference between a little Caesars pizza and this ugh. Horrible !!! Read more

The pick-up service is fast, the lady in the kitchen is fast and makes the pizza very well.

I don't know how this place still open, they have the worse customer service. Aside from that they take hours just to deliver... the pizza. Never answer their phones and always hang up. I do not recommend this pizza place. Read more

As unfortunate as it is, being short staffed is not an excuse for poor customer service. Food is always fresh as usual, but the... attitude and being ignored was unnecessary. At least acknowledge people when they walk in and they won?t be so impatient. Read more

While eating the pizza. I bit into it and pulled back and they was a long dark blond or brown hair between my lips and still... inside the slice in my hand. I spit it out, grabbed and pulled the other piece out the pizza... and threw up. That veryunsanitary. I have short black hair. This was my first order from pizza hut in about 5 years. I've been overseas, couldn'twaiting to get back stateside, for this. Never again. They're other pizza places, that are probably cleaner. Thank you Read more

The worst experience ever. I would not order here again. I placed an order and call them an hour and 15 mins after I place the... order. It said it was out for delivery and I never received the order. I call to ask and they place me on hold the call drops.I call again asking about my order they place me on hold. I call again asking for the manager they place me on hold. The systemasks whether it?s an existing or new order. If I say it?s an existing it drops the call after 10 minutes. I call saying it?s anew order and they answer quickly then tell me hold please. Do not order from here. Poor customer experience. Read more

Waited for two hrs for a delivery. It never came. Called 4 times no one answered. Drive to the store and they just said you want... a refund? No apology. Just NOTHING. SMH. If the owner of the store cannot keep employees then s/he should be helping the onesthey s/he does have so s/he can at least keep the customers happy. Read more
