Spoke to an employee after an awful experience with Manhattan Bagel in Roxborough. The employee was helpful, understanding, and... accommodating. So much appreciate this! Read more

It can?t really compete with the competition across the street (Wawa) on pricing since it costs over $20 for two bagel... sandwiches. The product itself was ?okay?. Read more

I've never reviewed anything before, but this place pushed me over the edge. Went in at 1pm on a Saturday and they had no... bagels, typically. Thy close at 2:30. Went back the next morning, 12 plain bagels -$27, no baker's dozen, which I understand istheir prerogative, and no freezer bags. Manhattan Bagel on Ridge Ave in Roxborough - $14 per dozen, 13 bagels, freezer bags.Never again!!! Read more

I love nothing more than a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, Manhattan Bagel never fails to deliver. The quality here... is so consistent, it's crazy. I've never had a bad experience. The coffee is pretty ok too. Read more

Very small shop, but the bagels are good. My family and I got there around 11am on a Saturday, which is later in the morning but... the place is supposedily open until 2 or 3pm. They only had plain bagels left. That's it. They were completely sold out of everyother kind. Now, I appreciate fresh bagels but I also expect a business to anticipate how much they will have to produce fortheir open hours. If it was an hour until closing, fine. But with about 3 hours left I would expect at least someselection. Also, their parking lot is incredibly small and a little dangerous to get out of. Read more

Disappointing experience overall - orders seemed rushed - also no garlic bagels offered and toasted bagels weren?t fully... toasted but merely warmed. Interaction was not warm but very transactional- maybe it was a bad day for them? They did seem busy.I?d go to confirm my experience again because it?s close but no garlic bagel was a deal killer for me. On the plus side theyare generous with the cream cheese which was delicious (lox cream cheese spread). Read more

I've been to other ones that offer garlic bagels this one didn't but it's okay. I ordered the onion instead and liked the garlic... herb cream cheese the most the bagel was rushed when toasted so a bit soft not toasty other then that service was okay no frillstype of spot. Would recommend if you are a local and want some last minute bagels, I'll be going else where next time. Theydon't have chocolate milk either. Read more

I ordered a bagel toasted with butter. I was told in order to use my card there was a minimum purchase amount of $6. I ordered 3... more bagels and ask for them to be toasted with butter as well. Somewhere there was a communication issue and I was given 3untooasted bagels in a bag. When I asked for these to be toasted I was told it would take too long. Pretty dismal customerservice for a chain that holds such a great reputation at all other locations. Read more
