I have now enjoyed the Kingstown Pizza location on Boston Neck Rd. every way possible, dine in, takeout and delivery and I have... been pleased every time. Not an easy time for any business, given the challenges in find individuals who want to work. In eachmy interactions staffs was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, as I never order anything without personalizing. Pizza, subs andfries consistently great. I especially enjoyed dining in as it was great to watch them prepare food and I was super excited tosee pizza slices.. Asked for xtra sauce lucky if I had any never again, $28 for this. 1.5 hrs for delivery

I ordered take out and they told me 45 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes later and sat for over an hour for my food. I heard one... young lady working behind the counter say to another worker ?It is what it is?. I also spoke to the manager on duty that nightand he displayed terrible customer service. Called and ordered a large pizza, pasta, and a Caesar salad. We were told forty five min to an hour for delivery. An hour and... twenty minutes later we called to check status and were told it was out for delivery. I called back at an hour and forty minutes(offering to meet driver or pickup at restaurant) and they told me a driver had the food but couldn't give an eta. Two hourslater and still no food. I ended up cooking for hungry and exhausted kids and finally food arrived. We ended up with cold pizzaand pasta and two (warm tired) salads neither of which was a Caesar. Read more

Pretty interesting restaurant. They serve not only pizza, but also burgers, and other things too. Despite the building looking... really small on the outside, they make the most of the space they have, and actually have a dining room. The pizza was great,although the service was just a hair on the slow side. No issues with the food, perfect distribution toppings on the pizza, justthe right amount of sauce. Pricing was pretty reasonable, and if I end up going somewhere near this restaurant in the future,I'll make sure to make a stop there again. Would absolutely recommend going here. Read more
