Strangely located in a basement with an available stair lift, but no elevator. Ceilings are a little low and and it feels a... little basementy but overall very consistent of what the 99 offers. We've been a few times and had Nadia each time just bychance, she does a wonderful job, very attentive. Read more
This place was an insult to food, the seafood trio looked like literal throw up, the buffalo chicken wings were not even wings... just chicken in a horrible sauce. The only good part was the fudge desert and the crusted cauliflower. I feel like my stomach isgoing to remove itself. Read more
Pulled up in a designated to-go order spot waiting 30 minutes, I finally called and was told oh yeah your foods been out, we... didn't know what car because it was a Togo order... Like you didn't think to cover it and ask what I was waiting for (which hasalways been standard practice) and let me sit there for 30 minutes. Real nice. .. Read more
We were visiting from FL and went to the Nashua 99. Walking down the stairs into the restaurant, we could smell a musty odor. ... Once inside and seated, the odor was over powering. I have no idea how the people that were in there could actually stay andeat. There were 4 of us and we had to leave. The 3 young ladies at the front desk seemed totally unaware of the smell when wementioned it. The carpeting is beyond shampoo. Rip that out and put in tile or wood. This was the 99's last chance with us; we hadn't been in a while - now I know why. Service was fine amd attentive and the place... was clean, but the food was definitely lackluster. We're done with what used to be a New England staple. Maybe they're focusedmore on the bar than the restaurant. Read more
Decent location and decent atmosphere, but I made the mistake of ordering a steak. Never order a steak from 99 if you can help... it. It was over cooked, chewy and powdery. I also ordered some boneless wings for appetiser and they was lukewarm, and evencold in some places. The ice cream dessert was nice enough, but the cake was quite dry. Overall, there are much better,cheaper places for a quick bite to eat. Read more
Accidentally drove into this restaurant. In this place, it turned out that there is very tasty food. I advise you to try the... Vermont burger and steak. Very nice staff. A very nice place. Read more
Not the absolute worst food in the world, but it is definitely up there...they seem to suffer from an extreme fear of spices,... or portions, or..flavor of any kind. But at least they're not cheap! So, you will leave, hungry and feeling vaguely saddened bythe experience. In a world full of delicious places to eat, this is the ultimate form of settling. "It's good enough forme!" No, no it's not.
