We usually love the food there when we do take out- but this time we chose to dine in. We waited at the host stand for about 10... minutes with no one even acknowledging us. Then we went to the bar where the bartender was very kind but clearly extremely overworked. We overheard a conversation between two wait staff about how the customers should just “go to applebees instead “because the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes. The pizza oven looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. I will saythat our bartender was great and kind, but that was the only good thing I can say about our experience. Read more

Ordered via Doordash, food and the food that arrived was horrid. My wife's pasta was inedible, having been burnt to a crisp... BEFORE being haphazardly slapped into a take-out container. Also was supposed to come with chicken and sauce but was devoid ofboth besides 3 tiny dried out pieces of shredded chicken. My food was slightly better, still overcooked (very dry and chewy)meal was missing the potatoes it was supposed to come with. Instead of having cheese melted onto the chicken and topped withtomatoes and balsamic glaze, I received a couple of pieces of shaved parmesan and my meal was drenched in balsamic vinegar. Iget that there are staffing shortages in the restaurant industry and it can be a miserable environment to work in (I know havingworked both front and back of house for many years), but the staff responsible for the preparation and packaging of the mealsand especially management ought to be embarrassed to serve this quality of food. This is also a lesson for me to check reviewsof places before ordering, as we noticed a lengthy rap sheet of poor reviews for this location over the past month or so. Sincethe system at this location is clearly broken and nobody seems to care about quality, my advice to their regio al managementwould be to shutter the location until they can properly retrain and motivate their current staff or completely overhaul theirstaffing roster. Food is great! Customers need to understand that everywhere is short staffed because no one wants to work in service. Our... waitress (Tianna) is on her second day and already waiting tables and doing a good job. Place is very busy. There were severalLARGE groups (20 people and 10+) and there's obvious people in training, but we didn't have to wait too long for anything andour waitress is doing great considering it's her second day. We will be back! Read more

New cook? Off night? Not sure, but this was probably the worst pizza I have ever seen or eaten. Have had better from 7-11. The... "Classic Margherita" was completely inedible. Raw dough, too much sauce, the wrong cheese, no basil. A few extra minutes in ouroven couldn't save it. Even the rolls were undercooked/raw in the center. Total trash, and a waste of $50. Used to be a prettysolid OK choice for a non-HOP pizza (that is pretty much the only option here in Nashua.) Never again. Gianni's or Nashua Houseonly from now on. Read more

The only thing that tastes good is the meat balls. The spaghetti noodles are very bland. The broccoli with garlic has no garlic... flavor. I'm a huge paste fan. I like trying new restaurants every where I go. It all looks like it's delicious but the firstbite I'll be taking home to the animals. Definitely not worth the money. Read more

Place was nice, staff was friendly and the tables were cool to sit at. The brick oven was the biggest one I've ever seen and I... loved that the kitchen was all open for you to watch them. Our food was amazing, especially the Mac and cheese. Was even betterthan my own homemade stuff. Will definitely be going back. Read more

I’m not really sure what everyone is talking about, but this location is amazing. My husband and I ordered to go tonight and... the girl at the front answered a million questions that I had and was not annoyed but seemed very eager to just make my visitawesome. Her name was Mackenzie. She was incredibly helpful and kind. We get our food home and honestly the pizza may be priceybut it’s very delicious. Read more

Not the Bertuccis I know. It’s bad enough that they didn’t have certain items on the menu, they also served the worst... Italian food I’ve ever seen. The soup was absolutely ridiculous and very salty. We mentioned it to the waitress who ignoredthe comment and kept on offering rolls for the trash. We noticed they served us rolls that were laying there when we entered. Not fresh, just reheated. The calzones were so dry and basically a pile of dough with one or two pieces of broccoli in between.Meatballs were cold ( just heated up I presume) and tasteless while the chicken lacked zest and flavor. We should have walkedout when we noticed we were almost the only customers in the restaurant. Staff were much more than customers but everything wasstill lackluster. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. We were visiting from MA but I don’t think that’s how it’sdone in NH. Be warned!! Read more
