The pizza is consistently good. Unfortunately I can't say the same for anything else relating to this establishment. My family... just recently spent $11 on mozzarella sticks and received a quantity of 8 sticks which were practically frozen. They told us itwould be 20 minutes and my wife sat inside for 20 minutes waiting which brought the total wait time to 40 minutes which wouldexplain why our food was cold. The hours are absolutely ridiculous, why type of pizza joint closes at 8pm, furthermore, 9pm onthe weekend haha really? I hope this review helps management improve their situation cause they are in dire need of improvement. Read more
The worst customer service ever! I called in an order on my way home from work. Picked it up, went home to eat it. I asked for... an all American with fries. I got a ham and cheese sub roll. Even though the order taker repeated back my order to me. I calledthem and they said I ordered a ham and cheese. I have a ham and cheese at work everyday, why would I order it on my way home.They would not accept responsibility and did not offer to redo my order. I complained on their website. Dont order anything close to closing time, I even asked if it was too late to make an order and they said it was fine. Had I... known that they were going to half-a** my food to the point that the breading on the chicken isnt even cooked all the way,(soggyand falling off) I wouldnt have bothered. I stopped in to get a gift certificate but I was so impressed when i entered this restaurant. I went to the counter and scanned... the menu they serve appetizer, meals,pizza ,sandwiches and have a salad bar.So I tried the arancini Wow 3 large arancini in abowl with sauce and freshly grated cheese. The service at the place is horrible, the same thing has happened on multiple occasions. You order something and they tell you... it will be ready in 15 minutes. You show up to find out that they have not even started making your pizza or in one case theyhad given my pizza to someone else. If it was once or twice I would give them another chance, but now I'm just getting my pizzafrom a more reliable place. Read more
We ate here last weekend. Order at the counter, table delivery. The kitchen was FAST, the food was excellent, and the place... was nice. They also had several selections in their "bakery" section. I had the chicken parm and it was enough for 2 days. Read more
All their food and bakery items are so delicious!!! They have the best pizza in the area. Location does not have many tables.... Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideal place for an afternoon snack or dinner take out. Read more
