Good food and even better tequila! If you go I absolutely recommend getting chips with fresh guacamole. Their food is definitely... authentic and not overpriced. Read more

Great location...if only the service and food were nearly as good. It seems as though every time this restaurant changes their... name, they also decrease their quality of food and service. It's gone from a once pretty good place with good drink specials,to a place that nobody in their right mind would patronize. That is, of course, unless they are a gambler and like the 'chance'of a decent meal. That coupled with the waitstaff who when not ignoring you (they usually are), treat you rudely and makecomments in Spanish about you. Newsflash...some of us Americans also speak Spanish...and REALLY don't appreciate yourwaitstaff's remarks. Shame to see a once decent restaurant fall so far. Read more

Sat on the bar side for a mid week lunch. Great food, great vibe and excellent service. Numerous tequilas at their full bar.... The usual Mexican fair and then some! Several mole dishes and very generous portions for the Lunch menu. Definitely going backfor dinner. Read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have never, in my entire life, left a poor review for any business, but I cannot let... this go. Management did nothing but blame others and still owes me money for food I did not receive in my takeout order. Aftertwo weeks of trying to get a refund on the appetizers not put in my order, I decided to leave this review. It was a poorexperience from the very beginning. On 9/16, I ordered a takeout order online via the Casa Vieja website. I ordered at 5:46 andwas given a 15–25-minute wait time. A friend of mine arrived at Casa Vieja at 6:15 to pickup the food. She checked in on thefood multiple times and was told it would be ready soon. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting, they realized the order wasnever submitted and they frantically submitted the food order to the kitchen. Apparently, the online order came to the iPadwhich they forgot to check. My friend overheard the manager telling an employee (in Spanish) they missed the order on the iPadand to put a rush on the order. What he did not realize is that my friend speaks fluent Spanish and understood everything themanager said to his employee. A little annoying, but mistakes happen. It would have been nice if they offered an apology forthe wait and error, but admitting fault is not how this manager chooses to run his business. At 7pm, the food was ready to go. When my friend arrived with the food, it was missing two appetizers. I called the restaurant to let them know we were missingpart of our order and wanted a refund on the missing items because we were not driving back to the restaurant. I was told onlythe manager could help with the refund and that he was not available. The person on the phone left my name and number for themanager to call me the following day. I did not receive a call the next day, so I called the restaurant back the day after(9/18) and spoke with the manager. He explained that he did not have my money and that Menu Star (a third-part Read more

My husband and I have always enjoyed going to this restaurant. We went last night. After waiting 5 min. To be seated we waited... 25 min.for our drinks. My quesadia was so dry, alot of chicken but so dry I couldn't eat it. Then after we asked for a 'togo' box we waited ten min., even asked a waiter passing by to get our waiter for our check. After 10 in. We got up and went tothe counterfor our check. A couple even walked out while we were waiting there at the counter. Most of the activity was on theoutside tables. Maybe not have as many outside tables and have a waiter for the inside only. I know everyone is short staffedbut as I said cut back on outside tables maybe? Read more

I had the tres enchiladas there and it was absolutely delicious. I'm not a drinker but I did have a non-alcoholic pina colada... and it was tasty. And my sister and her roommate had Margaritas there and they were delicious well I think the word they use washoly cow that strong. So they don't really cut down their liquor in their drinks and the service was quite excellent! Read more

Possibly the best Mexican restaurant I've ever visited. The nacho chips were crisp and fresh. They came with 2 salsas. One was... the traditional tomato based salsa, but the second was a sweet salad dressing type of dip. My Churrasco was cooked correctly, with tasty cheese, onions and rice. Even the beans were tasty. Great that it was done for a reasonable price. Any restaurantwould do well to emulate Casa Vieja. Read more
