The staff here at this location are always positive, hard working and courteous. The lines can sometimes be long; they... definitely know to how move it at a fast pace and extremely organized. I've never had to go back because they've missedsomething. I will continue to bring my service there as the staff make the place feel welcoming. The food there is A.1. Love Chick-fil-A! Introduced 2 family members who had never been and they enjoyed the sandwiches and were surprised by the... fries. The line was long for the drive up but the staff taking orders outside really sped things up. It is great if you knowwhat you want but if you don't, there is no menu kiosk to help you decide. Three of the same sandwiches and fries got us pastthat hurdle. We ordered sause but they didn't make it into the bag. Not a major problem because we were taking it home to eat. Came in during a huge lunch rush today (9/13) and placed a huge order in person. I wanted to put the date because I couldn?t... remember the managers name, but she was very helpful and welcoming on taking our 20+ person order without any warning. The otherstaff were also very helpful with assisting us with dividing up the order and all of our requests. This restaurant?s team wasfast and efficient as well and not even one sauce packet was missing from the order, and still apologized for taking 25 minutesto get the order to us, and again all in the middle of a very chaotic lunch rush! When this place is busy... It's extremely busy. Carry-out orders plus GrubHub, Door dash and Mobile orders make this place a zoo... on a rainy day. But! They have the best chicken sandwich and nuggets in the world so it's worth the wait. Service runners arevery polite and diligent. Read more

Love Chick-fil-A.!!! I brought my stepson down to VA on our family vacation and he just fell in LOVE.!!! So since we live in a... area, that there is not one locally that we drove 2 hours to go eat there.! Sure, maybe it's a cult, but I've never seen such a well organized, efficient, happy, and consistent work staff in a comparable... business so sign me up! You always know what you're getting. You always get it quickly. Everyone smiles. I try to reconcile thefact that they are owned by anti LGBT religious zealots and coincidentally are across the lot from Hobby Lobby by rememberingthat their lower level branch managers are outspoken supporters of personal freedoms and alternative lifestyles. There are toomany rabbit holes in my life already to start avoiding businesses that I disagree with in some form. I'm typing this on my cellphone. Whatever actual process went into creating this device is certainly objectively worse than the antiquated notions of somefast-food-peddling religious fanatics. Eat the chicken.
