Chili's is pretty good overall. They have good service, good tasting food and drinks, and a great selection on the menu. The... prices aren't bad either. The fries are a hit or miss. This was everything that I've come to expect from chain restaurant dining. The service was good...our waitress was very good... about keeping glasses refilled and making sure we had what we needed. The food was...meh. Two of us tried the baby back ribs(one was in a "smokehouse plate" served with street corn and brisket quesadilla), one of us had the buffalo chicken salad, andthe other had Kraft Mac and Cheese cause she's six years old. Of the 4 of us, the 6 year old had the best food. The salad,ribs, and the queso starter were all pretty flavorless. I mean it wasn't "bad" it was just "bland"...all of it. Even thebarbecue sauce was meant not to offend anyone by having any actual flavor. The "Mexican street corn" was flavorful but only incomparison to everything else having no flavor. Some of it seemed microwaved. Some of it was clearly frozen and thawed. Meh. But again...it's about what I expected from any chili's anywhere. So it gets 3 stars for being average. Read more
Me and my wife have never been here before and she really wanted to try it for her birthday. I ordered to go and spent over $40... for our meal thinking that we'll have a new restaurant to go to now. The original chicken with a dipping sauce of honey mustardcame with the sauce smothered all over them and they were so incredibly spicy we couldn't even eat it at all and they weresuppose to be original not spicy. We got those for my 2 year old and glad we didn't give her a piece and tried it first. Thestreet corn which she was dying to try was horrible and tasted like a carrot somehow. That's not how street corn is suppose totaste at all. The brisket wasn't good and so dry and inedible. The fries were good and that was the only thing that was. Myappetizer of nachos came with 9 nachos and burnt and inedible and basically looked like dog food not beef. They brought my orderout and didn't say a word to me and just walked away once she basically threw the food at me. I don't even want a credit forthis food to go back. The only thing I'll accept is a full refund because we had to throw out all that food we ordered and wentto applebees instead. We've never tried Chilli's before and will never go back again and will let everyone we know to never gothere because it's disgusting and a waste of money. I don't know if you just try to cover up how bad the food is with justmaking everything wicked spicy, but I've never complained about a food order anywhere before, but will make sure i post thiseverywhere i can to warn everyone not to go there ever. I'm so disgusted by this and my wife is almost throwing up now on herbirthday. Read more
Lunch was terrible .Double burger was awful. I could have had a better one at McDonald's if I wanted to eat burgers that thin.... I'm the person generally giving good reviews ,but you need to take that double lunchtime burger off the menu. Sorry just wantpeople to know so they won't order it. Sincerely,Paula Read more
Anytime I dine at Chili's I have to get the Cheddar Bites with the Ancho Chili Ranch. I guarantee it will not be the last time... you order these. The food was delicious, with their updated menu. Which my entrée was super spicy, I didn't eat it, the server didn't ask what... was going on, but I wish the menu mentioned it was spicy. The area I was seated in was dirty and didn't get any attention untilwe left. The server was friendly but not very talkative or personable. But I would come here again. We opened the women's roomdoor and was immediately hit back by the door, the first stall door is obviously on the wrong way and it was opened anddefinitely interfered with the basic human way of operating a door. Great place to eat. Awesome taste, flavor, and crunch. Love the larger than average corn flakes masquerading as tortilla chips... and Chili?s salsa. Say yum! ????Great to see a restaurant being so diligent about being safe in the midst of Covid, with propersocial distancing. Patrons are well spaced between family pods.
