While ordering on the Chipotle Website, the site switched the pickup location to Quincy, MA. When we reached the store, we were... surprised to see the wrong location that got selected. The manager of the store took action by taking care of whatever weordered. We didn't have to cancel and reorder. He asked his coworker to make our order quick for us to have the food when wewere hungry and running late for our black Friday shopping. Moody staff, terrible portions also served me a moldy bowl with cold food. and they said theyre out of pretty much everything.... Not worth the time or money. Terrible service, bad staff go up the road to bubakoos or California burritos. Read more
Food has been great. My son n I get 2 burrito bowls n the staff who served us the last 2 times we came here gave a good amount... of food to the bowl, very happy! And extra wraps. Will definitely be back! Read more
I?ve never walked away with food. It?s the worst. I have been there 3 times. The first time it was just closed without... explanation. The second time it had a delayed opening and a handwritten sign on the door saying ?not open until 3:45?. This timeI went in and was abruptly told that the ?systems down? and I needed to order online. I asked what they meant and basically theycouldn?t process payment except through the app. I said that?s fine and went to order through the app and the app was havingtechnical difficulty and never started working again. On top of that they were rude and it was dirty. I give up. I have hadthe same issues at the Nashua Daniel Webster location but actually at a higher frequency which is why I tried this location. Went from being the best Chipotle location around to the worst. The night crew is terrible, and the lack of customer service is... astonishing. The employees do not greet you, and just stare at you until you tell them what you want. So awkward. They have nosense of quickness or urgency despite the long line. On a Friday night at 8:30pm, I waited 20 minutes just to be served - theysaid they were out of chips (okay, no problem, they are always out of chips) when I get to the front of the line and ask forwhite rice, I?m told they are out. I said ?okay, how long if I wait for it?? to which he replied ?10-15 minutes?. Meaning, theyare not keeping up with their food line whatsoever. There was a long line behind me, and we were all shocked. How are you out ofwhite rice and chips an hour and a half before close? I never order a fountain drink because they are consistently out of ice,but today their machine was even out of carbonation? What? No soda, no ice, no lemonade. Just a disappointment. Read more
We were nervous about trying this location due to the bad reviews, but I am glad we did! We ordered one chicken and one steak... bowl today and also about 2 weeks ago. They were both delicious and tasted fresh during both of our visits. The guacamole isfreshly made and excellent. The portions were large since we asked for a lot of toppings. Service was spot on and we did nothave long waits. We ate inside the restaurant both times and the restaurant was as clean as your average take out foodrestaurant. Highly recommended for ordering at the counter, eating in or take out. Read more
I went to this chipotle location and had a mobile pickup order for 4 items. One of the bowls was made incorrectly and included... toppings that were not ordered. Another bowl, which was just steak and rice and cost over $10, included a very small portionsize, with the rice not even covering the bottom of the bowl. I will not be returning to this location as the restaurant wasmessy with trash on the floors and tables and the food is not worth the money nor the inconvenience of receiving the wrongorder. I've been to a few Chipotle locations and my experience here was particularly worse than that of others. They were out of most... ingredients (I ended up with a burrito bowl with only rice, beans, meat, and cheese because that's pretty much all they had). Iwent for dinner, lunch may have been a completely different story. Overall, the service was pretty good. They were dealing withthe situation they had on hand and made the customers in line well aware of what was going on. I've worked in food service, thisdefinitely appears to be a case of bad management. So, should you go here? Maybe earlier in the day when they actually havefood to serve. Otherwise, I'd suggest visiting a different location for your chipotle fix. Pro Tip: Place your order online ifyou want chips. They will refuse to give you them if you go in person. Read more
