At least today I walked away with food. .. Most of the times I have attempted to go to this Chipotle it has been closed... unexpectedly, systems down or a delayed opening. Today- they were ?only accepting online orders? which has also happened to mebefore at this location. I told the woman I have an issue with the app on my phone and she just looked at me without responding.I ended up ordering through the website, which she could have told me was an option, which was luckily worked and waited for myfood at a high top. BUT lo and behold, they started taking walk in orders no more than 5 minutes later?. Why couldn?t theyaccept them when I walked in? People that got there after me were leaving more quickly through the line and I had originallyintended to pay in cash. Going here is a gamble. The North Nashua location isn?t better. I can say I?m officially and fullyconverting to California Burrito because they are at least clean, nice, yummy but mostly RELIABLE. Read more
I?m sorry I never write reviews but this place is such a disappointment for me. They are always out of everything, the food... looks old, the workers are more focused on their phones. I ordered a burrito and she didn?t even wrap it, I open the foil andthis is what I have. I won?t be coming back. I went in 30 minutes before close and ordered 2 bowls. Both plates looked like dog food. The kitchen was so dirty. Food all over... the floor. After he tried to ring me up. I notice my plates were dirty so I ask if can wipe them. So he did with a dirty blackrag. I could not pay for these meals I expected to be great to stop after a long day of work in a real kitchen. I walked into this location Saturday evening at 8:45p. Got in a short line, when an employee yelled out they were out of chips,... salsa, and corn salsa. I wondered how they could possibly be out of chips and salsa? Then I noticed how filthy the counterswere. The little food containers were all cross contaminated with spills everywhere food all over the counter, the place wasabsolutely disgusting. Then I realized the person in front of me got a take-out order that she was bringing back. She couldn?tget over how disgusting it was in there and she was completely turned off from eating her food. I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son. Last I checked a quesadilla consists of a tortilla wrap folded in half, with melted... cheese in the middle. Instead, here is what I got?(just 2 tortillas). Awsome when they are open and have stuff .Sometimes they run out of food and it's disappointing. The serving size is never... consistent it depends on who's serving the food . Somtime the music is so loud you need to shout your order :D my bf bowl haddouble the serving size to the point wear they couldn't even close it lol my rice was hard because it was scraped from thebottom of thier tin. This location has gone down hill, just stopped in for lunch well after any lunch rush would have ended but the place is a total... mess. Trash all over the floor, the drink area a total mess, etc. Yet we stood waiting for 5 minutes for someone to serve usand watched 3 people standing around chatting while one person actually worked. It has been several months since I ate Chipotlebut portion sizes and bowl sizes seem to be smaller now. Update: It hass been two months so I thought I would give them anothertry. This time I ordered ahead via the app so we wouldn't have to wait. got home to find the burritos are apparently tinynow. I order online from Chipotle all the time, and my order is often ready ahead of the 10 minutes they have to make it. My order... was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I got my one burrito at 7:00. There were upwards of 8 staff behind the counter, and when I gotthere only a couple of people were ahead of me. I don't know how service could possibly be that slow. What's more, I got aveggie burrito and it had no veggies! Just lots of rice and sour cream. Don't go here. Read more
