Went here today and had a horrible experience!! Kristen, the so-called manager, took my order. While taking my order at the... counter, she was not wearing a mask and coughed directly into her hand. She then turned around and made my daughters ice creamcone, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I pointed out the fact she coughed into her hand before making the icecream and asked for a new one. She proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that I was wrong and she coughedinto her arm. She then stormed off into the back and demanded her poor co worker to make it "because she's not dealing with me".All Kristen had to do was apologize and make things right, especially with COVID and flu season here! But she decided to be veryrude and storm off! You're supposedly the manager? Shame on you Kristen. Read more
How tf are you going to roll your eyes at someone who is asking if there is a solution to a problem you created. Next time let... the customer know that there?s no orange julius available, don?t make them wait without telling them then get upset when theyask if they can change the order instead of being subjected to an undetermined wait time. I love Dairy Queen and I think it is the best one around the help fills orders quickly!!! They are wonderful!!! I love DQ!!!
I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered a small dipped cone, the workers were holding a dipped cone that had been sitting on the... counter for as long as I had been in line. The worker holding it was debating whether to throw it out or not then saw that I hadordered one and handed me the dipped cone that had been sitting on the counter. I work in food service so I understand thestruggle of a rush and messing up orders, however I think it was very unprofessional to give someone an order that had beensitting out after laughing about it and discussing it with a fellow coworker. Worse Dairy Queen I have ever been. Customer service is Horrible, my son got the wrong smoothie there this afternoon and asked... to change the ?manager? said nope you have to pay for another one got the one he had wrong trowed in the trash and charged myson again and gave him a wrong one again.
