I ordered the gluten free pizza from the 270 Amherst St location last weekend. It was cooked perfectly, and was delicious! ... Honestly it?s the best gluten free pizza I?ve ever had. I ordered a pizza online today for a 330pm pickup. I paid and waited a few minutes. A verbal fight broke out between 2... delivery drivers - one saying what the F?k with at least 6 other customers in earshot. The verbal fight broke out again and 2other employees had to separate the 2 verbal employees - all over who was going to deliver the next order. One blonde femalewho stepped in told one employee that there were customers and this could not happen again or she would send her home. Howabout apologies to the customers who had to witness this childlike behavior and then let them both go. Workplace violenceshould not be tolerated in any workplace. Worst dominos location ever. Order my pizza 1 hr and rhe website says 45 mins. Arrived at 45 mins and stood there for 10 mins... with no one asking to help. When I asked for help I was met such rude attitude, telling me my order wasn't ready but never askedfor my name. Last time I'll order here. Other locations get your pizza in 20 mins and here it's 1hr 20 mons with attitude as afree extra. Read more
I used to have a LOT of issues here. At one point in time the staff was rude, screwed up orders regularly, and burnt my pizza... 7/10 times. Now however, this Dominos is a lot better than the others in the area. The day/early evening crew is the best!Also the price is still incredible even with inflation! These guys work hard REALLY HARD and work well as a team. Constantbarrages of orders and they do their best to slam out good quality food the fastest they can! I rarely leave negative reviewsand avoided reviewing this place for the longest time because of that. The past six ordering here have been phenomenal. Highlyrecommend this location! Read more
The manager was extremely rude, I will never order from domino's again. I walked in and was immediately attacked about wearing a... mask and she said she couldnt even bring my food out to the curb. I left and got a mask and went back in. I then noticed 2 ofher employees not wearing masks (i took pictures) including the one making the food. I commented on this and she said "they donot have to wear them, only customers are required to wear masks". She made multiple rude remarks about me to her employee inbetween talking to me, that was completely uncalled for. I hope she gets demoted or loses her job for this. Read more
