Not sure what happened they use to be the best dominoes and now they take forever don't pick up the phones ect ...this kinda... business is highly unprofessional I ordered at 5 went thru the steps till it got to delivery ???? then it spent 15-20min on thatscreen before booting back to preparing your order and as I have been working customer service and worked many lines of fastfood I know they are just ignoring the order just as they are doing for the phones it's now 6pm and I still have no idea if my 2year old son will eat dinner at a reasonable time where it's already 6pm and no one want to answer the phone to let me knowwhat's going on. Pizza would have been good but it took 1 5 hours to get here. It was not pretty on arrival. Tough rainy Friday night, but... don't take orders if your product suffers so much. Lowering standards is not the answer. Read more
So I order a pizza they took 2 hours and 30 minutes. Next call the store and the manger answer say they on the way, and I needed... to update my phone because they call me a lot, but they should follow the gps, because their car has gps. Delivery driver Sonia took over 35 mins to deliver food from the shop 5 mins away she failed to deliver my sauce after I already... pre tipped her 10 dollars I called the store obviously upset but still understanding only to be told by the manager it?simpossible my food was cold because he sent it out fresh out the oven (even though it took 35+ mins to come from a store 5 minsdown the road) and told me and my girlfriend that we were lying about not receiving our sauce terrible service terrible foodnever coming back! Our meal was all over the valley plus Massachusetts. We ordered our meal at 3:15 in the afternoon. When we got the food it was... lukewarm. I think I?m done with Domino?s! For goodness sakes we were 8 minutes away from the store. Read more
Ordered a pizza and got there about 10 minutes after ordering online to be given what appeared to be a previously made pizza... heated up. Cheese was hard and toppings cold, as if they were tossed on top. The actual crust was cool to the touch and barleyeven warm, like it had just been heated up only slightly. You would expect a freshly made pizza that you just ordered 10minutes prior to be hot and fresh looking. This was not the case. Never going back. Read more
I ordered Hawaiian pizza this afternoon, and I clearly told them NO BACON, but they still put it in; I ate it unknowingly, Which... makes me very, very sick, and I keep regurgitating. I went back to check the remaining slices left. I found out they put baconinside. The bacon is the reason why I felt sick, and this is totally unacceptable! Am never buying from Domino's again.
