This location is always packed in the AM. I always do mobile orders because I don't have the extensive amount of time that it... takes them to make 2 coffees. They're always short staffed and short tempered. I would go to another location in the morn butthey're the only one on my way. It is a hassle to have to wait each time, so I can tell them they missed the donut or hashbrowns in my order. And you're lucky if the lobby is actually open, they don't open it sometimes and you don't know when youmobile order for in-store pickup. Read more

Should close it down until the owner and staff learn how to run a successful business. Lobby service is awful. It's like you... don't exist. They service online orders and drive thru first and the hell with the lobby folks. Once you finally order, you haveto wait in no man's land. Grab your coffee before someone else does. Check your order. They have messed up my order twice thisweek. I'm going to start looking for a new one. Main street is not much better. Read more

Place an order and expect to wait for 10-15 minutes for a coffee. A good pizza shop will have you back out the door with a fresh... pie faster than this place. Not to mention the manager was going to bring food out to someone and almost walked right into me.No excuse me. No sorry. Made my coffee wrong. Asked to remake it and I'm almost positive it was taken behind the counter andhanded back to me No change. Read more

terrible service. Dumpster fire of a location. I did an on the go and went there. Stood there for about 20 minutes before... leaving without a small turkey sausage sandwich. They even acknowledged they had it. Their drive thru wasn't busy and neitherwas there many customers in the lobby either. They already had one lady in the lobby complaining because they made some kind ofsnackables cold and hard. I would avoid this Dunkin Donuts if you could at all costs! I guess Joe Carvela? has stopped caringabout his stores and let them roll downhill. They get paid a good bit you think they'd bust tail a bit more. The entire storeseemed in disarray like the left hand crew didn't know what the right hand was doing. Again, avoid this location like theplague. Read more

I came with my daughter and son, they got our order wrong , multiple people got their order wrong and were waiting a very long... time for their things . I guess it?s my fault the lady messed up my order huh? Worst place to get in and out with what u payedfor . Food was warm not hot. Not coming here again to waste my money and get looks because they are backed up and messing thingsup. Read more

I?m not sure who took care of me but it was three ladies there today at 3pm and they made my coffee perfectly and were very... helpful all around. Also very fast and efficient. This location also had good variety of baked goods when I went at this time.Great job! Read more
