Been coming here for 6 strait months every day. Today was the last....workers like nick and linda,actually 99%of the crew has... awesome service skills.my side of cream cheese was not in the bag (it happens)so I went inside to ask for it.the girl helpingdrive thru said "sure no problem "but the evil sand witch lady said if you didn't pay for it I can't give it to you.so now she'sthe cream cheese police.shame...I really enjoyed going there but she's Madeira way too awkward. Frankly, considering the observable unprofessionalism and unsanitary conditions, I don?t understand how this Dunkin location... hasn?t yet been forced against its will to shut down, either by corporate or the City of Nashua. About a week ago, whilewaiting for an order, I witnessed a woman, who goes by the overheard name of ?Barbie?, unnecessarily yell at a coworker of hersfor what I believed could have been an honest mistake, and yelled belligerently enough to seemingly embarrass this coworker infront of customers. This was very unsettling to me, as Barbie?s confrontational behavior was indicative of desiring a physicalfight. Meanwhile, behind the pick up counter was a visible mess of food droppings, coffee and dairy spills, some of whichappeared to not be so freshly spilled. I was also just as appalled, if not more so, by these unsanitary conditions, especiallyin our post-pandemic age. This place does not deserve any business and must shut down altogether. Read more

every time I get avocado toast with bacon here they just put full strips of bacon (normally looks like it's not fully cooked at... all) and all my dunkins employee friends say that's not how it's supposed to be done. but last time I asked for them to put thechopped up bacon on it the girl in the drive thru scoffed and then agreed but this time when I asked they didn't give me anybacon.. only upside is the nice lady that works the window sometimes but probably gonna start driving further to a differentdunks. Lots of grounds in my coffee today. Too often the lobby is closed and long drive through line. Sometimes they scoop sugar from... an open bowl on the counter. Only Dunkin? close to home but haven?t been impressed. Read more
Wow the best Dunkin Donuts in The city of Nashua and I have not had a chance to review the others in the city but I have been to... most of them. This location is awesome and the best. I always ask for like extra extra extra extra cream cheese and Sir Jamesgot it right the first time I went in. He put it is the system correctly and I complimented him and he was so nice. One of themanagers or I think she is a manager Lisa is awesome also she got my order correct the first time I went to drive thru and Ithanked her also. I go to a lot of places to review them and to get to know the best of the best so I may be able to go to thebest and since needing to be in the area a lot I come to this location now not matter what and even if I am not in the area Imake a point to go to this location even if I am on the other side of the city. I have taken a few photos for you all to see. Iappreciate good service and I believe good service should be recognized and here I am recognizing this location as being thebest of the best and the best service. Thanks Sir James and Lisa you both are awesome and the crew you work with are awesome aswell and I don?t know all your names yet still but you all are awesome.
