If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager with a long red braid was so incredibly rude to myself and other customers. I asked... for a plastic bag for $60 in food and she didn?t want to give it to me or a second drink tray with 6 drinks. Like, come on, Iknow how much you make of profit off this food, you can spare the $.03 in a bag and drink tray without being incredibly rude. Iwill literally never be back. Got 8 piece bucket of chicken. There was only 7 pieces of chicken. The 7 pieces of chicken had no meat just chicken skeletons... with skin and breading. Don't you guys feed your chickens? I probably couldn't even have made a 2 piece chicken nugget out ofthat 8 piece (7 really) chicken bucket. Where do you guys shop for chicken so I know not to shop there? $35 for 2 people andwent to bed starving. That was a rip off I won't be going there again. Read more
This establishment did a complete 360 after getting rid of trash! Lisa the gm got got rid of the most ridiculous employees and... now able to run this store so much better. I appreciate this company and finally get to enjoy this place more now! Definitelywould recommend this establishment to anyone. Read more

Could have been more Mac and cheese in my famous bowl. Biscuits were great. They got this drink that comes in a bag smd twist... cap. Awesome idea. Hold half gal I f which ever drink u want. Love it Read more

I've been com8ng here for years. Today was the worst consumer service I have ever seen. I waited at the counter for 15min. Most... of that time, I couldn't even see an employee. When 3 different employees appeared, customers were ignored. After I finallyordered, it was another 15 min to get food. I know every place is understaffed, but the total lack of any customer service wasridiculous. Ps they even got my order wrong... Read more
