My vegetarian friend and I had lunch there and ordered the general tso tofu. The dish came out in big chunks of tofu with 2 red... pepper slices, a few other veggies. Neither of us liked the consistency of the tofu because the inside was like eating warmpudding. We are used to it being a bit more firm. We called the server over and explained that we didn?t like the way it wascooked. The waiter told us next time tell me that you want it cooked firmer and walked away. We ate the veggies and the otherdish we ordered and left a plate of undercooked tofu. Then he asked if we wanted to take it home lol. So we payed over $14 fora few veggies. That was my last visits to Lilac blossom. My family and I have been loyal customers since their opening. Firsttime ever I left a 10% tip. Such poor customer service. Read more
They failed to return call back after complaining about the very small lunch portion given. Paid $16 for each meal it being over... $50 expecting it to be able to feed our family of 3. Extremely dissatisfied. Called the manager some guy (he didn?t even givehis name), was very short and and said we?ll it is expensive and there is nothing he would do to help us. VERY RUDE!!! Best Chinese food in the area and well priced. Recently the portions are smaller. If you find there the staff can be a little... abrupt and they do not offer anything but ice cream for dessert. I order here weekly but to go. Read more
One of our favorites in the area. Everything is spot- on, fresh, delicious. The bone-in spareribs were particularly meaty and... great even as leftovers. But our all time favorite appetizer, that we come here specifically for is the Szechuan Dumpling inspicy sesame and peanut sauce, fantastic. Read more

I never post reviews but it is extremely disappointing that I just returned home after picking up an order and when I opened the... bag, realized that they had gotten half the order wrong. Of the 6 things I received (and I only ordered 5), 3 of them were wrongin some way, as in either I didn?t order it at all, or it was missing the main ingredient. I had driven 30 minutes away to getthis, so I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake and ask for some kind of compensation. They said theycouldn?t do anything unless I drove back? I had obviously ended up paying for dishes I didn?t order, and I was not about to paymore in gas and an hour of my time there and back. When I asked the woman on the phone if I was supposed to have opened the bagin front of them to check everything, she responded ?it is your phone number associated with the order right?? What kind ofresponse is that, as in what does that even mean? Is she saying that because I was associated with the order, that somehow themgetting the order wrong was my fault? I then informed her that I am very surprised by their lack of flexibility when the faultwas theirs and she said ?okay? quite matter of factly. Then after another moment of stunned silence, I said that I can?t believethey weren?t going to do ANYTHING and that I hope she understands this means there will be a bad review, to which she responded?that?s fine.? If you are reading this, please just check your order before you leave because they will not take responsibilityfor their mistakes. It is just sad that we could have avoided this review if only they offered ANY small credit or maybe evenjust a more apologetic tone on the phone. This place is overpriced for mediocre food. We had sesame chicken and sweet and sour shrimp. Our waiter was not really very... ?nice. He Didn?t crack a half a smile till he brought the check, or ask if we wanted anything throughout dinner. Surprisingly,the drinks are strong though. I say order take out somewhere else have a drink and split an app at the bar if you want to checkthis place out. Read more
