Got a vanilla ice cream to go. We wanted it in a cup but they don't do cups so they turned the cone upside down in a sundae cup.... The day before they called it a "plain sundae, more expensive, and gave us the ice cream in a sundae cup. Why can't it be thesame $2.60 whether it's a cup or a cone. More often than not it's either bad customer service or they're closed when they're supposed to be open 24 hours. During the... week during lunch hours I give them credibility for quality of service but at night it goes out the window. Read more
